About the Artist

Leonard Dobson FCSD is a full time artist working from his studio in Fleet, Hampshire.

Leonard studied art at Guildford School of Art during the 1960’s, and completed a five-year-course, attaining a National Diploma in Art & Design, passing with distinction. Over a thirty year period Leonard worked as a commercial artist, and in 1989 he was awarded the highest professional qualification in art and design: A Life Fellowship of the Chartered Society of Designers.

Absolutely art is the result of a lifetime devotion to art, and now Leonard is exploring exciting ways of making available original art affordable, and available to the art loving public in a market where the trend is mass market prints manufactured to look like originals.
